Who We Are
Before starting Pekaj Group in 2011, Coba Pekaj spent over a decade working with Melbourne builders on residential and low-rise construction, followed by 8 years as head of estimating at a tier-1 subcontractor. In that role the team helped secure tiling, waterproofing and stone trade packages worth over $200 million across award-winning projects including West Side Place, The Parkhouse, Mason Square and Sky One.
That background means we understand construction costs from the inside. We report in the format lenders expect. And we give architects cost confidence before their designs go to tender. Not from a cost guide. From the Melbourne market as it stands today.
